[Lekooks] Blueberry pie

Hello there!
Several people asked for the blueberry pie recipe from the picnic and
suggested I post it here, so here it is.
(1) 9-10” graham cracker pie crust
3/4 C. Sugar
3 TBS corn starch
Dash of salt
1/4 C. Water
4 C. Blueberries (fresh)
1 TBS butter
1TBS lemon juice (fresh or Real Lemon)
Cinnamon
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt in saucepan. Add water and 2 cups
blueberries. Cook on medium heat, stirring until mixture boils and is
thick. Remove from heat, stir in a shake of cinnamon, lemon juice and
butter. Allow to cool.
Put remaining 2 cups blueberries in pie crust and spread cooled mixture
over the top. Refrigerate until cold and serve. Whipped cream is a good
add-on if desired.
