   Rev. Parker is a United Church of Christ pastor. She attended Smith College and Chicago Theological Seminary. She pastored the UCC in McFarland, WI. Prior to that, she was executive director of the YWCA Rock County (Janesville), where she coordinated programs dedicated to peace, racial justice and women's empowerment. 
 She became the WCC Executive Director in October, 2017.
