[Lekooks] Midweek Meditation Moment starts tomorrow Wed Dec 4th

The Midweek Meditation Moment will restart on the first Wednesday of every
month at noon beginning this week Wed Dec 4th.



In previous years they happened every week. I'd like to try them this year
only on the first Wed of the month and see how it works. We will begin at
noon with sitting and walking meditation in silence concluding at 1PM. No
check in, no recitations, only just sit. Peaceful, quiet, contemplation.
