Hello LCUUC peeps!

I am seriously considering investing in a tiny house, micro house, mobile
home, etc. I have started the research but am really overwhelmed. Does
anyone have references for:

1. Tiny house builder(s) or reputable broker
2. Mobile home expert
3. Energy efficient/off grid living expert
4. Zoning officials or have info related to where to park?

If you have done research yourself and are willing to educate me, please
reach out via email or phone. I want to learn as much as possible so that I
make the wisest investment possible (this time around lol). Thank you!!!
