Dear Lekooks,
Kerry Duma and I will soon be leading Yoga-Meditation-Mindfulness day long
retreats, with a focus on managing stress and anxiety. If you or anyone you
know could benefit from spending a relaxing day learning tools to manage
stress and anxiety in a supportive environment and be treated to a
delicious lunch, please see attached for more information.
