I don't want to start a political conversation here on this forum but if
you feel you need to call your representative about what's going on this
website was given to me and I find it very helpful.

This website is the absolute best for calls. It gives you a menu of things
you leave messages about, gives you a script for the call, and even tells
you which of your reps it would pertain to. https://5calls.org/
