Hi Friends!

If you happen to live in Scott Allen’s state congressional district, you may have received a “Happy Easter, He is Risen” email from him this morning. Here was my response:  

“Just a reminder that you have a Jewish synagogue and a Unitarian Universalist congregation within the boundaries of your district and Hindu and Buddhist temples just outside the district border. You have constituents who do not celebrate the Easter holiday. We do not live in a Christian nation. Part of representation is acknowledging who your constituents are.”

Maybe the message will be more clear if he hears from many voices (he’ll still ignore it…)
