Hi Claire. Take a look at the house that Gina is in, 704 E Washington St. I'm out of town until Oct 2nd, but I can arrange to have you see it before then if you'd like. Rent/trade can surely be worked out. Gina has a cat too. Happy to have you take a look and meet her to see if it might work for you.

Hi Fellow Lekooks,
I'm looking at options for another place to live (in lieu of moving back in with my parents). Just wondering if anyone has a mother in law apartment, studio space above a garage, boat house, etc. type place they'd be willing to lease out for a short term rental (6 months to maybe 1 year max). I have two cats and a few fish tanks, however the fish tanks can stay someplace else if needed. My current apartment building is turning into a young adult "party central with no regard for neighbors" kind of place, and although I've complained a few times, nothing has been done as of yet.
My current least ends on October 31st, which I realize isn't a lot of time, but I just wanted to see what options are out there. Happy to exchange yardwork, cleaning, baked goods, for reduced rent, too.
Thanks for considering! Please email me if you know anyone who might have something like this :)
Warmly,Claire Johnson

I might have a space if you would like to forward my name and phone number to her for a conversation. Gail at 262-391-8939. She should leave a message and call back number.
