[Lekooks] preloaded cell phone

I am researching options to get a preloaded cell phone for a sibling.  She
is not tech savvy and weary of any internet type phones.  We have an old
flip phone my mom had for emergencies and are hoping to find a carrier we
can use to preload that with minutes so we can communicate with my sister
easier.
