[Lekooks] Article II proposal

Hi, fellow LCUUC-s,
I know how "distant" UUA business can seem when you're not involved in it
regularly. But in case you're paying attention to the momentous vote to
take place very soon (this week!) at GA...I just had the idea to share with
you an article I wrote last month for UU Church West (includes links to
related resources) + a video I just saw reviewing the work done by the
commission originally appointed to the task of reviewing said section if
the UUA bylaws & making a recommendation.
