Tall Pines Conservancy has been working to restore a creek off of CW close
to where I live in the town of Oconomowoc. I was there this morning helping
them plant natives alongside the stream bank. Apparently it has trout in it
and the guy there managing it said the only other place he knew of in SE WI
that had trout was Scuppernong Springs. It's really pretty and open to the
public. It's off of CW and north on Pleasant View Rd. if you want to check
it out. -- Steph

Here is some of the info:
TPC partnered with North Lake Management District and the Oconomowoc
Watershed Protection Program on a stream restoration project for Mason
Creek.
This project involved converting a historically-channelized section of the
creek to a natural, meandering course to handle periods of high water flow
and reduces the movement of phosphorous-laden sediment to downstream
properties and North Lake.
