[Lekooks] Decision on Family Promise Emergency Overflow Shelter Participation

I am glad we can continue to help out in some way - we do not want people
to be hungry. Of course I will continue to help. And BIG thanks again to
you, Gina. You are our guided force.
Perhaps in the future we can find some ways to have a more personal
connection with people. People in need do not like to be perceived as
Needy. They want to feel NEEDED and valued as individuals. There is the
hunger for genuine human connection to consider. If we are only
distributing food we are perceived as the food controllers - we're on the
other side of the table (a barrier). That's the research in a nutshell on
this topic.
