Thanks Carol, while I agree that it would be ideal to go through
administration, I would propose that this is not an official LCUUC
organizational decision. It requires no money from the budget and only
impacts those who choose to participate. It does not affect the church or
congregation as a whole. Our church has already chosen to associate with
FP, so we either stay affiliated with them or cut the ties if we cannot
muster enough interest.
I do not mean to sound defensive or argumentative. I truly appreciate all
perspectives on the issue.
