You are invited to the November Nature Meditation!  No meditation experience needed.

The November nature meditation is this Saturday, November 18, at theSimmons Woods Park at 9:00 AM sponsored by the Kintsugi Sangha. 

The parking lot is off Cecelia Road (Near Capitol Drive and Hwy 16 Pewaukee).  Link to a map is below, keep reading after the link for more information!

What to expect:  The meditation will happen rain or shine, so dress for the weather.  We will start with a short introduction and reading, then spend about twenty minutes (individually or in small groups - you choose) quietly experiencing the environment by walking or finding a space to sit and observe the sounds, smells, sights and feel of the space.  We'll gather again to share the experience and another short reading before returning to our individual routines. 

Since this is a meditative experience, we ask that you do not bring things that may be distracting to yourself or others (e.g. pets) and that you silence communication devices before the meditation starts.
