Progressive* magazine will lead us in a workshop on writing letters to the
editor and Op Eds.

To build awareness and support for a more racially and religiously
inclusive and equitable state it is essential to get our message out to the
wider public! At this meeting you will gain skills that you can apply to
reach people not only through state and local media, but also through your
congregation's or organization's newsletter and other channels.

Matt's presentation will include advice on overcoming writer's block,
pointers on writing Op Eds and Letters to the Editor, and an exercise in
writing a pithy opening sentence.

Please join us on May 9!  We can all use help honing our writing skills!
