Hi friends!

My moms are moving from Arizona to Wisconsin and we are searching for a house to buy for them.  Given the market and things selling before they are even listed, I’m hoping to enlist your eyes/ears/social networks — if you happen to hear of anyone selling a 3-bedroom/2 bath ranch/rambler in the Waukesha area (within 20 minutes of our house on the south side of Waukesha) that has a fence-able back yard, please let me know!  We’re looking for something that can be livable with minimal use of stairs and that is not a ‘fixer-upper’. Mom would add: open concept, fireplace, and sewing room that is close to a park that allows dogs :-)

Along that line, we may also be looking for a short term rental opportunity that would welcome two women who are amazing house-keepers and who also have 3 exceedingly well-behaved collies, as they will be moving to the area in early August whether we’ve found a house for them or not.  If you have ideas along that line, I’m all ears!
