Thanks Fran,What do you know about the "community pier project" that he is against?Also I'm glad to see he is somewhat opposed to the City paying for lake dredging; after all, every river in the world has a "delta" of silt where they enter a quiet body of water. Let the residents directly affected by it pay for dredging it, or just live with Nature's effects.
