Yes, it shows that you are mounting a healthy immune response to the vaccine, which is a good thing (despite the temporary discomfort). For the vast majority of people, if they get significant symptoms, taking a Tylenol and an Advil together will dramatically improve them. I did this, and it relieved all of my symptoms except the fatigue.
