Hey kooks,



I don't know if you have heard, but on Sunday, Feb. 16, we are doing
something different at LCUUC.  Instead of having a traditional worship
service in the sanctuary, we will be *putting our faith into action*, and
doing things to make a difference in our community.



We have opportunities for people to:

   - Go and serve breakfast at the Hope Center
   - Help with a project at the Day Center of Family Promise

and we have multiple opportunities to do meaningful work at church:

   - Make bag lunches for the Guest House homeless shelter in Milwaukee
   - Learn about Solutions to climate change using the latest Enroads
   Modelling software and write your representatives to support climate
   legislation
   - Learn and participate in advocacy for Black Lives
   - Participate in a letter writing campaign to encourage people to vote.

We hope you can all be a part of this!  If you would like to do one of the
off-site projects, please let me know, or sign up at church the next 2
Sundays!
