[Lekooks] Ask for Absentee Ballot boxes!

Thanks so much for this, Kerry. I just spoke to the person at the Village of Wales and she said there was no drop box but people are allowed to use the night drop box at the Village Hall. So folks who live in Wales have it covered. :)
