[Lekooks] Silent retreat Monday Dec 2

The sangha will hold another silent evening this coming Monday Dec 2, 6:30
to 8:30PM.

The evening will rotate through seated meditation, walking meditation, and
gentle yoga to stretch out between sits. Please wear muted clothing. Doors
open at 6PM. Plan to be seated in a chair or on a cushion for the bell
ringing at 6:30. Dokusan will be available for those who are interested.

This is an excellent opportunity to stretch your practice just a bit,
deepen your insight, and touch into that subtle awareness that rests
so.gently underneath the busyness that is our daily life.
