[Lekooks] Corporate Vacation day policy

Does anyone work for a company that allows you to donate vacation days to
another individual?  If so, I am very interested in getting information on
how this works. I want my company to add this to my options and have been
told it is too difficult. I disagree and want to do what I can to get a
policy in place.  Thank you!
