[Lekooks] Buddhist workship/retreat at LCUUC

You may know that there is an organization called the Unitarian
Universalist Buddhist Fellowship. They have traditionally met for a weekend
every other year on alternate coastlines.

This coming May for the first time ever there will be an "off-year" UUBF
event held in the midwest, specifically right here at LCUUC.

The day will be filled with meditations, breakout workshop sessions, a keynote
presentation by Rev. Florence Caplow co-editor of "The Hidden Lamp Stories
from 25 Centuries of Awakened Women"  The attendees share a delicious
vegetarian lunch hand made by our very own Barb Adams with support from
Tracy Moraine.

I've been working on this event for the past year. I hope you might
consider joining us. The cost is $25 for the day.

I AM IN NEED OF HOME STAY HOSTS. If you have a spare bedroom and are
willing to host an overnight guest attending this event please contact me.
I have far more guests looking than hosts offering.  What you provide is
clean sheets, a bed, and access to a bathroom. What the guest provides is
courtesy gratefulness and their own transportation.  Please help if you can.
