Joanne Nelson and I are offering a workshop designed to help you connect
with what you desire and help you plant and nurture your seeds of intention
so that they can grow and flourish.

Center for Well-Being  301 Cottonwood Avenue, Hartland, Wisconsin

Cost - $55



All yoga and written exercises presented during the class are designed for
all levels of experience. Time will be available for writing in silence as
well as for optional sharing in a safe and supportive community.
