I guess this is related to the topic of "lab-grown meat" which could solve the problems of land and water usage, and greenhouse gas production, from traditional agriculture. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cultured_meat
I believe pork so produced can even be Kosher - see https://www.timesofisrael.com/rabbi-meat-from-cloned-pig-could-be-eaten-by-jews-with-milk/
Then if it's Kosher for Jews would it also be Halal for Muslims?
