Just wanted to add that Robin did the artwork for all of the outdoor signs at LCUUC, so when you see these signs, thank Robin.

Subject: [Lekooks] LCUUC Robin Reed update 4/18/18

Hi all,
Robin does not need anything, but I thought he could use some updated door decorations and a few new cards from us at LCUUC.  and a few visits from us, if you are so inclined. The facility is easily located in Waukesha near the Good Harvest Market on the north west side of Waukesha.

Updated status of Robin, from today's visit.
Robin is one of the founders of LCUUC. His profession was working with marionette puppets.  Along with his wife and sons, he lived in Wales, WI for many years.  I have known Robin for the past 19years.  He is also an artist, church choir member, he  did social action at our church, did up the signs for us when LCUUC held services in Wales.  I could go on. His room has family pictures, and paper copies of his artwork.

Robin was in the hospital recently, but is better now, and has been back at Heritage Court Memory Care facility in Waukesha.  I was able to go and visit with him again today briefly.  He had a very good day today.  He was sitting up, and engaging, and talking and conversing with me.  He had just finished a group activity of a church service at Heritage.  I chatted with him at his lunch table, along with his table buddy, Paula.  I have not seen the two of them chat it up together, but if you know me, I do a bit of chatting myself!
Robin, seems much better, and today he was anxious and active and strong.  He was seated in his wheelchair most of the time, but might have gotten out at any time!

The youth showcase that was scheduled for last Sunday at Heritage Court had to be cancelled due to last Sunday April 15, weather.  Hopefully that can be rescheduled, as Robin and the residents were so looking forward to it.  There are many activities for the residents and visitors to participate in.  Bingo, this afternoon, church service today, discussions on history, seasonal activities, etc. movies.  Daytime, can be busy for them. ! If you schedule and call ahead, you can even join Robin there for lunch and a small fee.
Call me if you have any questions.  You can also leave a message on my home phone.  262-968-2336.
