This BBC2 Documentary is an excellent investigation of the causes of the tragic loss of lives in Milwaukee’s inner city.   At the beginning, you may think it is merely concerned with the sensationalism of violence, but as the film continues it delves deep into the lives of the people who live in the inner city.
