The Senate has passed S.J. Res 34 to repeal the FCC's privacy rules. The House is scheduled to vote on it tomorrow, March 28. Congress is trying to completely erase all privacy rules. Your Internet service provider will be able to sell information about what you look at, purchase and talk to. The Congressional Review Act resolution to repeal current FCC rules will permanently ban the FCC from ever writing new privacy rules. If this passes, there will be no federal cop on the beat for Internet privacy. Please call your representative in the House today.
