I think I sent this out awhile back and even got responses but I seem to have not properly filed them, although I'd rather blame it on the mysterious ways of the of the Internet, rather like the place those odd socks reside.


I would appreciate any leads on real estate lawyers that are able to close a home sale or purchase without a real estate agent who charges a percentage.
