Hi Lynne (and everyone),

Here is an interview with Xiuhtezcatl Martinez from Nov 2016. He is the 16
year old I told you about - one of the youth plaintiffs suing the federal
government for allowing industries to operate without protecting us from
climate change. He explains here.

The first video starts with his story and includes video of the actions he
took as a 6 and 13 year old that are mentioned in the above interview. Then
it shows the beginning of the group's legal action. This video is a couple
of years old though, that's why I included the recent interview first.

Let's wish them luck. I wonder when it will be put on the judges calendar.
I think it can be stalled quite a while.
