Hello everyone,

You may know that I am a Beatles FANatic...and I am extending an invite to a special event this coming week. On Thursday Sept 15th, Director Ron Howard's new documentary called "Eight Days a Week: The touring years" will be released in movie theaters around the country. The movie is only playing in theaters for one day and will immediately go to HULU the following day. The film is about the height of Beatlemania and uses never before seen footage of the group. Here is the official blurb:

Synopsis: The Beatles: Eight Days A Week - The Touring Years is based on the first part of The Beatles' career (1962-1966) - the period in which they toured and captured the world's acclaim. Ron Howard's film will explore how John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr came together to become this phenomenon, "The Beatles." It will delve into their inner workings - how they made decisions, created music and built their collective career together - all the while, highlighting The Beatles' extraordinary musical gifts and their remarkable, complementary personalities. The film will focus on the time period from the early Beatles' journey in the days of The Cavern Club in Liverpool to their last concert in San Francisco in 1966.

I have purchased tickets online for the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield . The only showing is at 7pm that day. I will be there. If you would like to join me please do!! I would suggest getting tickets online this week as the Beatle force may be strong that night and they might sell out quickly. Having watched almost every Beatle documentary made, I can tell you this is going to be exciting to see on the big screen!! Yes I will probably watch it in the comfort of my own home on HULU in the future ... but watching it with Beatle fans in a theater will be special!!

Let me know if you want to meet up... would love some Beatle chat with friends!!

Chris Rollins
