Hi all - As some of you know, I have a private psychotherapy practice in Wales, WI (upstairs from Mama Mia's/across from Kettle Moraine High School).  My associate is planning to leave her practice next fall, leaving an open office. It is a nice location and a great set up for a private practice with two offices and a shared waiting room. The total rental space is 660 square feet and each office is 15'3" x 13'4". Since I know there are several therapists who are members or friends, I thought I would float this here in case anyone has been thinking about starting or moving a practice or knows of someone who might be interested. The office would not have to be used for a therapy practice as long as the use is compatible and is acceptable to the town board. The rent is very reasonable and utilities are included.
