<html><head></head><body><div class="ydp3ecce614yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px;"><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Hi All,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Just a few things regarding the upcoming Hartland Hometown Parade this Sunday, 6/29.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">First, a big thank you to everyone who helped pull everything together for this to work! From planning, to designing and ordering t-shirts, providing funds for supplies and the t-shirts, to decorating signs and other items for the float, and donating candy. It's amazing what our community can do :)</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I have received the parade line up, and we are 3rd from last (not sure how that happened, but we'll make do). There are 83 total units in the parade, and we are #81. Line up begins on Hartbrook Drive (the Sendick's Plaza/mini mall in Hartland) at noon. So we should aim to be there between noon and 1:00pm. The parade will begin at 1:30pm. Please plan on carpooling as parking might be limited by the line-up area. Please also bring a basket or mid-size bucket/container for dispensing candy along the route.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">It is going to be 90 degrees, hot, and humid, with also a chance of thunderstorms. If there are thunderstorms, the parade will likely be delayed until the storm is over. It will still go on if it's raining. At this point, I don't think the Hartland Chamber will change days for the parade due to weather, but they possibly could postpone for another weekend. We will see what happens? I will send out more information if there are any cancellations. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">If you are planning on walking with us in the parade, wear your LCUUC t-shirt or light colored shirts. Bottled water will be provided by both the Hartland Chamber and on our float in a cooler. The good news is that about half of the route is under shade trees, so we won't be in full sun for the majority of it. The route starts and ends at the same place, so once it's over we can disperse back to LCUUC to take the float decorations down.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Thanks everyone - see you on Sunday!</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Warmly,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Claire Johnson</div><div><br></div><div class="ydp3ecce614signature"><div style="font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:13px;"><div><font color="#4c76a2">"<font face="times new roman, new york, times, serif">What good have I done today?" </font></font></div><div><font face="times new roman, new york, times, serif" color="#4c76a2">-Benjamin Franklin</font></div></div></div></div></body></html>
