They've been unique, interesting, and a lot of fun!</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">There have, however been a number of glitches - challenges with inadequate setup, timely delivery of food and drinks, clean-up, liquor licensing, etc.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The Executive Committee met with John yesterday, and we've agreed to develop a structure to help him with project planning and implementation.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">As a result, we're hoping to get volunteers for the roles listed below, with the number needed in parentheses:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><ul dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><li>Facilitators (3): overall project planning and implementation</li><li>Bartenders (3): LCUUC is actually in the town of Merton, which requires that, to get a temporary liquor license for each event, we must have a licensed bartender. Getting the license costs $27 and can be done easily and quickly online. We'd like at least 3 members to get the license so at least one of them could be available for every event.</li><li>Helping Hands volunteers (as many as possible): to work with the Facilitator on set-up, food ordering/pickup/delivery, clean-up, etc.</li></ul></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">If interested, please email me at michael.mcnett@sbcglobal.net.
