meditation will happen rain or shine, snow or mud, so dress for the weather. We will start with a short introduction and reading, then spend about twenty
minutes (individually or in small groups - you choose) quietly experiencing the environment by walking or finding a
space to sit and observe the sounds, smells, sights and feel of the
space. We'll gather again to share the experience and another short
