While Google lists the city as Hartland, the park is East of downtown Merton off Lake Five Road.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">The meditation will happen - warm or cold, rain or shine - so dress for the weather. We will start with a short reading, then spend twenty minutes quietly experiencing the environment by walking (alone or in small groups - your choice) or finding a space to sit and observe the sounds, smells, sights and feel of the space.
