Currently no hunting is allowed within Lapham Peak State Park. The DNR is planning to permit bow hunting in certain areas. If you are opposed to this plan, you have until December 10<sup>th</sup> to write to the DNR. I hike throughout the park year-round and

 do not want to wear blaze orange or worry I might be shot by a high-powered arrow. </div>
