<div style="color:black;font: 10pt Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The referenda were put on the ballot in Waukesha County by the "non-partisan" (<img src="https://s.aolcdn.com/cdn.webmail.aol.com/resources/core/images/emoji/laughing.png" alt="Laughing" title="Laughing" height="25" width="25" style="vertical-align:text-bottom">) County Board to enhance the "conservative" vote turnout in the spring election. The first 2 exploit the anger over the Waukesha Christmas parade disaster to bring out the vote. Politics as usual, I'm afraid.
