From WI Dept. of Health Services - "Testing data represent the number of people tested by the diagnostic test that detects the virus in the nose and throat (and not a blood test that detects antibodies). <b>Multiple tests per person are not included in these summary statistics.</b>”</div><div><br></div><div>Myth: My friend was in line for testing and didn’t get tested but got a report in the mail that they tested positive so the numbers can’t be trusted.</div><div>Fact: Wisconsin never sends a written report.
