The Winter Solstice will be on Saturday Dec. 21 this year. Our Grounds Committee discussed having a Winter Solstice bonfire. We have such a nice firepit and lots of wood; could have (weather permitting) a bonfire on that Saturday night, roast weenies and marshmallows,

 chestnuts over an open fire, and whatever else people wish to bring. Maybe even some kind of a Solstice ceremony if the spirit so moves.<br>
