American wines developed trying to be like French wines, and we're going to see how well they've succeeded! We will be comparing well-known French type wines, e.g. Bordeaux, Champagne, etc. to their American counterparts. The selection will include sparkling wine (two wines), two white wine types (4 wines) and two red wine types (4 wines). One of these bottles will be worth more than $100, with the average price well above $20. We will be serving cheese, charcuterie and other appetizers chosen to match each flight of wines.
