What is it, where do we find it, how do we access it so that we can access our best selves? We might think Im already in the present moment where else could I be? But each moment spent in distraction and fear, worrying about the future and regretting the past is a moment spent outside the present and the experience of peace and joy found there. Come explore how to be more aware of what is going on within you and happening around you from moment to moment, without judgment or preconceived notions. In this workshop we will experience mindful breathing and other mindful practices.</div></body></html>
