<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Hello All,</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">I just received the updated guest information and want to share it with all of you in preparation for our upcoming week.  I understand from speaking with the current host church that this is very nice group of guests, they are very appreciative and polite.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><b>Our Families:</b></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><b>Family #1</b>: Rosa (head of household), John (male age 13), Jenasia (female age 11). Rosa is looking for employment. John is attending Kettle Moraine Middle School, and Jenasia is attending Magee Elementary. They did not sign a photo release. <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><b>Family #2</b>: Ian (co-­‐head of household), Kacie (co-­‐head of household, pregnant), Austin (male – age 1 year). Kacie is working at Subway. Ian is working at Generac.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"> <b>Families #3 and 4</b>: We  are currently in the process of interviewing several candidate families. (A family with a single mom and 2 and 5 year olds has begun the interview process and may join us?)<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">The families will begin their week with us this Sunday, December 2.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Both of our families own their own cars so we will need to be attentive to the Family Schedule document for daily arrival and departure times.  That document will be in the kitchen along with other important information.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">  <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Ian works third shift and Kacie drives him to work so she is gone from 10:30 - 11:30 pm.  Another guest is responsible for their son during that time, although he should be sleeping while she is away.  <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">Since our school age children attend school locally, we need to respect our guest's privacy and volunteer children who attend those same schools should not participate this time around. (Sorry for any inconvenience.)</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">All emergency information and the Volunteer Coordinator On Call Schedule can be found on the refrigerator.  If, at any time during your shift, you have a question or a concern please do not hesitate to call the Volunteer Coordinator.  If it is a true emergency, dial 911 and then notify the Coordinator.   <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">St Nick Night is during our week and there are plans for some small gifts for the children.  Contact Gina for more information.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">I will be in touch with additional updates, but wanted to share this much as soon as possible.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">As always, your support as volunteers is what makes this program so successful.................Thank You!!!</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">gina magnus</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"> 262-424-7640<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div></div></div></div>
