I am NOT a cook, but I was Intrigued by this safe, convenient multi purpose gadget. I successfully made delicious lentil soup, though I didn't know those sneaky little legumes were going to double in size. 😲 I was trying to use the pressure cooker function but it worked even without my knowing how to attach the lid correctly. Now I am roasting a bunch of pork bones for 1/2 an hour to bring out the flavor. Then I will pressure cook them covered with water, celery and carrots (I don't have any onions), for two hours. Supposed to strain the resulting broth and have highly nutritious bone broth (recommended by my nutritionist).<div dir="auto">Does this sound right?</div><div dir="auto">I would love to hear from folks who own these things and the super yummies they have made with them. Any tips?</div><div dir="auto">Thanks!!!</div><div dir="auto">Diane MacBai</div><div dir="auto">P.S. Thanks Barb Adams for your stamp of approval. </div></div>
