is bearing down on the state of Texas,

seen in this country in over a decade.</strong>
Harvey’s destructive path has brought sustained
winds of nearly 100 mph, with total
expected rain accumulations of 15-30 inches. <strong>From everything that I know so far, this
storm’s impact will be devastating for thousands
