It's about 10 minutes from launch until the Dragon capsule separates from the Falcon 9 rocket and starts its two day chase of the International Space Station (ISS) to resupply it. Just a minute after separation the Falcon 9 rocket will attempt to re-land back at Cape Canaveral, saving a multi-million dollar piece of equipment.
