<DIV>The LCUUC Board has decided to discontinue selling Equal Exchange products 

after this fiscal year which ends on June 30.  I am hoping to sell out all 

of the remaining coffees, teas, and chocolate bars by the middle of June.  

I need your help by purchasing the remaining inventory by then.  As I have 

said in past years, the Equal Exchange booth does not reach "Black Friday" or 

show a profit until about the beginning of May.  This year I did not 

reach that day until May 22, when our profit turned to $386.55.  Sales have 

been very slow since January. I've always enjoyed doing this job as long as I 

had customers who were happy to see me be open for sales,  I started 

selling Equal Exchange in 2007 to help pay for the organic Equal Exchange 

coffees you drink every Sunday in the Social Hall after the service.  We 

are on course to make a profit of about $1,000. this year, which is down  

from $1200. last year.</DIV>

remaining.</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks to all who have made this booth a success.  From 2007 to the 

present, LCUUC has made a profit of over $8,000 from these sales.</DIV>
