<P class=MsoNormal>We have a few volunteer opportunities coming up here at
Riverside. Please let me know if you are able to help with either (or both) of
these.<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><B>INTERGENERATIONAL DAY – THURSDAY, MAY 5<SUP>TH</SUP> –
9-11:30 am<o:p></o:p></B></P>

<P class=MsoNormal>We are looking for volunteers to buddy up with students who
do not have guests attending. You would be doing activities with students in
the classroom along with the other guests. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>I also will be looking for a few volunteers to help man our
Interfaith table that day where we will be handing out information about our
programs.<o:p></o:p></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><B>KIDS CHOICE DAY – THURSDAY, MAY 19<SUP>TH</SUP> – 1:00 –
3:30 pm<o:p></o:p></B></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>We will have four options available for volunteers during
Kids Choice Day. There will be three groups of kids that will come in during
this time frame. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>1). Card design (k-5) – Come and help out our students
create a customized paper card. Card stock, embellishments and all of the
tools you need will be provided.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>2). Card Games (grades 3-5) – I am looking for a few
experienced card players to come and teach kids how to play. Eucker,
sheepshead…event cribbage. Cards will be provided. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>3). Board Games (grades K-2) – Come and spend some time
playing simple board games with our students. Games will be provided but feel
free to bring a favorite if you have one.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>4). Flower planting (grades k-2) – Come and show off your
“green thumb”. Students will be planting annual plants in pots that they will
decorate.<o:p></o:p></P>
