<p><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">For those of you unfamiliar with the annual film festival, it screens international documentaries on issues ranging from human rights, the environment, war and peace, and technology. This year's
theme is "Running Out of Time." The films were selected by a committee of Carroll students and faculty and Waukesha area activists. Community members are invited to attend. The event is free and open to all. The films are powerful.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
